Procurement Candidate – Dubai, UAE | Blue Oak Contracting & Design LLC

🔹 Key Responsibilities:

• Material Sourcing: Identify and vet suppliers for specialized landscape and interior design materials, ensuring quality and cost-effectiveness.
• Vendor Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with local and international vendors to secure favorable terms and pricing.
• PO Management: Oversee the entire Purchase Order (PO) lifecycle, from initial requisition to final delivery and invoice verification.
• Site Coordination: Liaise closely with project managers and site engineers to understand technical requirements and manage delivery timelines.
• Logistics Oversight: Coordinate the smooth transportation of materials to various project sites across Dubai, minimizing delays.
• Negotiation: Conduct price comparisons and negotiate contracts to ensure project budgets are maintained without compromising on material quality.

🔹 Requirements:

• Market Experience: 1–2 years of proven UAE procurement experience within a contracting firm (Landscape/Interior sector preferred).
• Skills: Strong negotiation, coordination, and interpersonal skills to manage diverse stakeholder expectations.
• Knowledge: Familiarity with the local supplier market in Dubai and UAE customs/logistics regulations.
• Availability: Must be currently available in the UAE and ready for an immediate start.
• Communication: Effective verbal and written English communication is essential.
• Education: Bachelor’s degree or Diploma in Supply Chain, Business, or a related field.
