Job Description:

The Procurement & Commercial Admin will oversee supply chain documentation, manage supplier coordination, and support daily commercial administration activities. Based at our DIP facility in Dubai, this detail-oriented professional will issue purchase orders, follow up on deliveries and quotations, maintain commercial records, and collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth operational workflows.

🔹 Key Responsibilities:

• Support daily procurement and commercial administration activities.
• Assist with purchase orders, supplier coordination, and documentation.
• Maintain accurate records of procurement transactions and commercial files.
• Coordinate with internal teams and external suppliers as required.
• Follow up on deliveries, quotations, and supplier communications.
• Prepare reports and maintain organized documentation.
• Support administrative tasks related to commercial operations.
• Ensure accuracy and timely completion of assigned duties.

🔹 Requirements:

• Bachelor’s Degree or Diploma in Business Administration, Procurement, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.
• Previous experience in procurement, commercial administration, or a similar office role is preferred.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, commercial documentation, and record management.
• Strong administrative, organizational, and follow-up capabilities.
• Excellent communication skills with strong attention to detail.
• Immediate joiners currently available in the UAE are preferred.
