Job Description:

Azizi Developments is seeking an experienced Procurement Contracts Officer to join its commercial team in Dubai. Based in Dubai, this procurement professional will manage procurement contracts, oversee supplier agreements, review tendering documentation, evaluate contract variations, monitor vendor performance, and maintain strict commercial compliance across large-scale real estate projects.

🔹 Key Responsibilities:

• Manage procurement contracts and supplier agreements.
• Prepare, review, and maintain commercial and contractual documentation.
• Coordinate contract-related matters, technical submissions, and approvals.
• Work closely with the Commercial team on tendering, contract administration, variations, and commercial evaluations.
• Monitor vendor performance and support supplier relationship management.
• Ensure compliance with procurement procedures, company policies, and contractual obligations.

🔹 Requirements:

• Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain, Engineering, or a related field.
• 5–8 years of experience in Procurement and Contract Management within the Construction or Real Estate sector.
• In-depth expertise in contract administration, tendering processes, technical submissions, and contract variations.
• Proven track record in vendor management, supplier performance evaluations, and commercial negotiations.
• Strong analytical, contractual drafting, and commercial evaluation abilities.
• Excellent negotiation, organizational, and professional communication skills.
