Job Description:
We are seeking an experienced and results-driven Procurement Executive to join our operations team in Dubai. This role is fundamental to our organizational framework, requiring a professional who can manage the complete procurement cycle for management and operational review. You will be responsible for sourcing consumables, packaging, and maintenance items while evaluating reliable UAE-based suppliers. We are looking for an individual with a strong foundation in Negotiation Strategies and Vendor Onboarding Procedures and a proactive approach to cost efficiency and timely sourcing. 🔹 Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee end-to-end procurement activities to meet management and production targets.
- Support supply integrity in Dubai, ensuring 100% data integrity in Local Purchase Orders (LPOs), inventory levels, and supplier performance data.
- Liaise with the Human Resources department and technical teams to manage supplier registration and ensure compliance with UAE regulations.
- Negotiate pricing, contracts, and terms to achieve strategic cost savings and ensure consistent value for the manufacturing unit.
- Utilize digital Information Technology tools and ERP systems to optimize procurement tracking and professional organizational reporting.
🔹 Requirements:
- Bachelor’s Degree in Supply Chain or Business Administration plus a relevant professional CIPS or Procurement Management Certificate preferred.
- Minimum 5+ years of professional experience specifically within procurement in the UAE manufacturing industry (food sector preferred).
- Strong background in management of local supplier markets, sourcing strategies, and order fulfillment.
- Professional background in education or training regarding ERP procurement tools, contract negotiation, and analytical reporting.
- Ability to demonstrate operational excellence, strong analytical skills, and a result-driven mindset.
- A valid UAE Driving License is mandatory for this role to facilitate local market sourcing.
- Excellent organizational skills with the capability to support a high-standard manufacturing plant in Dubai.
