Job Description:
We are expanding our nursing team and seeking dedicated nursing professionals to join our clinical environment in Dubai. 🔹 Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver high-quality nursing care to meet management and clinical performance targets.
- Support clinical integrity in Dubai, ensuring 100% data integrity in patient records, nursing assessments, and documentation.
- Liaise with the Human Resources department and multidisciplinary teams to ensure comprehensive patient treatment plans and safety.
- Ensure patient safety and comfort while adhering to infection control policies and healthcare regulations.
- Utilize digital Information Technology tools and EMR systems to optimize patient tracking and professional clinical reporting.
🔹 Requirements:
- Bachelor’s Degree or Diploma in Nursing or Midwifery plus a relevant professional DHA License or Eligibility.
- Minimum 3+ years of professional experience specifically within the relevant nursing department in the UAE.
- Strong background in management of patient conditions, independent interventions, and clinical workflows.
- Professional background in education or training regarding clinical standards, hospital protocols, and patient-focused care.
- Ability to demonstrate operational excellence, compassion, and the capability to work in a team-driven environment.
- Excellent organizational skills with the capability to support a leading healthcare provider in Dubai.
