Job Description:

We are seeking a strategic and experienced Procurement Manager to join our professional supply chain operations team in Dubai. This role is fundamental to our organizational framework, requiring a professional who can deliver sourcing precision for management and project profitability performance review. You will be responsible for overseeing the full procurement lifecycle from material requisitions (MR) to site delivery, negotiating contracts and pricing frameworks, managing sub-contractor selections, and maintaining strict compliance with local regulations. We are looking for an individual with a strong foundation in Strategic Sourcing, Contract Administration, and Construction Supply Chain Logistics and a proactive approach to commercial efficiency. 🔹 Key Responsibilities:

• Source, evaluate, and manage reliable vendors, suppliers, and subcontractors to meet management and structural project schedules.
• Support material integrity in Dubai, managing end-to-end purchasing pipelines for mid and high-rise developments with 100% precision.
• Liaise with the Human Resources department, Project Managers, and commercial estimators to facilitate professional organizational coordination of project budgets.
• Negotiate enterprise agreements, pricing structures, payment terms, and supplier legal contracts to enhance project cost mitigation.
• Utilize digital Information Technology tools and procurement management software to monitor delivery schedules, track market pricing trends, and maintain rigorous document logs.

🔹 Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree, Diploma, or Certificate in Supply Chain, Procurement, Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or a related discipline preferred.
• Minimum 4 to 7 years of dedicated procurement experience working directly with a Main Contractor in the UAE.
• Proven track record managing sourcing pipelines for major mid and high-rise residential or commercial building projects.
• Strong background in management of vendor relationships, price structures, and strict compliance evaluations.
• Professional background in education regarding contract administration, local UAE construction regulations, and ISO procurement standards.
• Ability to demonstrate operational excellence, coordinate multiple cross-departmental tasks simultaneously, and thrive in a fast-paced Dubai site-to-office setting.
