Job Description:

We are seeking a skilled and results-driven Procurement Specialist with solid experience in trading within the construction industry to join our Dubai office. This role is fundamental to our organizational framework, requiring a professional who can oversee the complete procurement cycle for management and profitability review. You will be responsible for sourcing essential materials such as cement, steel, and concrete products while handling bulk purchasing and trading operations. We are looking for an individual with a strong foundation in Construction Sourcing Strategies and Vendor Negotiation and a proactive approach to cost-effective procurement and operational efficiency. 🔹 Key Responsibilities:

• Manage the full procurement process for construction materials to meet management and project budget targets.
• Support supply integrity in Dubai, ensuring 100% data integrity in RFQs, supplier quotations, and Local Purchase Orders (LPOs).
• Liaise with the Human Resources department and project teams to monitor market trends and ensure the timely delivery of quality-checked materials.
• Handle bulk trading operations with a focus on maximizing cost savings and maintaining strong, performance-tracked supplier relationships.
• Utilize digital Information Technology tools and procurement systems to optimize material tracking and professional organizational reporting.

🔹 Requirements:

• Bachelor’s Degree in Supply Chain or Business Administration plus a relevant professional Procurement or Trading Management Certificate.
• Proven professional experience specifically in procurement with trading exposure in the construction sector.
• Strong background in management of supplier contracts, bulk purchasing, and material price fluctuation analysis.
• Professional background in education or training regarding UAE construction market trends, negotiation skills, and technical material specifications.
• Ability to demonstrate operational excellence, multitask effectively, and perform under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
• Excellent organizational skills with the capability to support a high-standard contracting firm in Dubai.
