Job Description:

We are seeking an experienced and detail-oriented Public Relations Officer (PRO) to manage government-related processes and ensure smooth handling of company documentation. This role is fundamental to our organizational framework, requiring a professional who can navigate immigration and labor procedures for management and compliance review. You will be responsible for processing all types of UAE visas, managing company licensing renewals across Mainland and Free Zones (JAFZA, SHAMS, DMCC), and liaising with MOHRE and immigration authorities. We are looking for an individual with a strong foundation in UAE Labor Laws and Company Formation Protocols and a proactive approach to regulatory updates and document control. 🔹 Key Responsibilities:

  • Handle the end-to-end processing of employment, residence, and visit visas to meet management and regulatory targets.
  • Support compliance integrity in Dubai, ensuring 100% data integrity in trade licenses, establishment cards, and employee documentation.
  • Liaise with the Human Resources department and government entities (Immigration, MOHRE, Free Zone Authorities) to ensure timely approvals and renewals.
  • Manage company setup and licensing processes across various jurisdictions including Mainland and specialized Free Zones like JAFZA and SHAMS.
  • Utilize digital Information Technology tools and government portals to optimize document tracking and professional organizational reporting.

🔹 Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration or a related field plus relevant UAE PRO or Government Liaison Credentials.
  • Proven professional experience specifically as a PRO within the UAE (Mandatory).
  • Strong background in management of company formation, labor contracts, and immigration amendments.
  • Professional background in education or training regarding UAE Labor Laws, Free Zone regulations (JAFZA/SHAMS), and licensing procedures.
  • Ability to demonstrate operational excellence, excellent coordination skills, and the capability to meet strict government deadlines.
  • Excellent organizational skills with the capability to support a high-standard corporate services firm in Dubai.
