Job Description:

The Production Engineer will plan daily manufacturing activities, manage shop-floor manpower, interpret fabrication drawings, and oversee structural steel fabrication processes in Sharjah.

🔹 Key Responsibilities:

• Plan and coordinate daily production activities to ensure smooth manufacturing operations.
• Manage manpower allocation and monitor shop-floor workforce productivity.
• Support heavy and light structural steel fabrication processes from raw material to finished product.
• Review and interpret fabrication drawings to ensure accurate production execution.
• Coordinate with production teams to achieve project timelines and maintain strict quality standards.
• Assist with basic estimation activities and maintain production documentation.

🔹 Requirements:

• Degree or Diploma in Mechanical Engineering.
• 3–4 years of relevant experience in production planning, manpower management, and structural fabrication.
• Strong knowledge of heavy and light structural fabrication processes and drawing interpretation.
• Familiarity with AutoCAD and CNC nesting software is a distinct advantage.
• Basic estimation skills and good problem-solving capabilities.
