Job Description:
We are seeking an experienced, highly motivated Project Engineer to guide structural operations and lead on-site execution pathways for our engineering developments in Dubai. Operating directly from our active commercial project zones, this full-time on-site role centers on tracking structural build cycles, coordinating vendor deliverables, and analyzing technical field parameters under our centralized construction management framework.
🔹 Key Responsibilities:
- Supervise daily on-site build operations, coordinate labor streams, and drive high-precision civil engineering execution frameworks.
- Liaise directly with client bodies, professional architectural consultants, subcontracted trades, and internal technical divisions.
- Formulate, review, and adjust project execution timelines, monthly milestone sheets, and structural work blueprints.
- Ensure all structural works are completed within authorized budget guidelines, safety parameters, and corporate quality limits.
- Examine blueprint designs, material submittals, spatial engineering layouts, and structural calculations to secure municipal alignment.
- Diagnose live operational friction points, handle structural resource revisions, and resolve technical challenges on the floor.
- Manage systematic material procurement planning, routine quality inspections, and structural project handover documentation.
🔹 Requirements:
- Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering or a closely related industrial infrastructure discipline.
- Minimum 3+ years of successful, hands-on field experience directly within the UAE building construction sector is preferred.
- Deep knowledge of modern civil construction processes, structural concrete methodologies, and integrated MEP systems.
- Proficiency utilizing professional engineering applications, structural mapping tools, and project management scheduling software.
- Excellent verbal presentation, corporate communication, and multi-disciplinary site leadership capabilities.
- Strong analytical problem-solving instincts with a proven capacity to drive tight project timelines under pressure.
- Possession of a valid United Arab Emirates Driving License is highly preferred for route coordination.
