Job Description:
We are executing a strategic commercial appointment within our technical delivery division and are seeking an experienced, results-driven Project Manager – Interior Fit-Out to govern on-site build pipelines and direct luxury interior development pathways across the UAE. Built for visionary engineering leads who possess deep cross-border structural project backgrounds and excel at governing large artisan teams, this full-time role focuses on accelerating project completion velocities, auditing critical construction path logs, and maximizing overall operational efficiency under our integrated corporate management framework.
🔹 Key Responsibilities:
- Manage premium interior fit-out projects holistically from initial operational design brief through final handovers.
- Develop, update, and closely monitor complex project tracking timelines utilizing Primavera P6 and MS Project models.
- Lead, supervise, and mentor resident Site Engineers, trade supervisors, and multi-tier subcontractor teams with high fidelity.
- Coordinate professionally with prestige clients, independent design consultants, specialty material suppliers, and internal departments.
- Ensure uncompromised project delivery within approved financial parameters, strict timelines, and high quality standards.
- Monitor field production curves, resource consumption metrics, procurement activities, and potential operational risk logs.
- Govern active construction budgets, design value engineering pathways, and process contractual variation orders accurately.
- Oversee intense architectural cross-coordination involving structural joinery, finish civil elements, and complex MEP networks.
- Conduct structured routine project evaluation meetings and compile detailed progress performance summaries for executive stakeholders.
- Enforce continuous site alignment with strict health, environmental safety (HSE), material quality, and contractual guidelines.
- Lead comprehensive snagging, detailed de-snagging, MEP testing, equipment commissioning, and project close-out processes systematically.
🔹 Requirements:
- Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering, Architecture, Construction Management, or a closely matching accredited technical discipline.
- A minimum of 5 years of verified professional engineering experience operating within India, combined with at least 3 years of successful interior fit-out project leadership inside the UAE marketplace.
- Advanced technical data literacy with practical proficiency deploying project schedules, budget trackers, and resource allocation grids inside Primavera P6, Microsoft Project, and Microsoft Excel.
- Deep, comprehensive technical knowledge across the following engineering domains:
- Project scheduling, critical path modeling, work breakdown structures, and cost control.
- Interior fit-out construction methodologies, millwork detailing, and project controls.
- Architectural drawings, custom joinery, specialized civil elements, and multi-service MEP integration workflows.
- HSE legislation, building codes, QA/QC testing parameters, and structural contract compliance.
- Outstanding team leadership traits, sharp commercial negotiation capabilities, and analytical, data-driven problem-solving habits under pressure.
- Excellent verbal and written English communication skills paired with the capacity to coordinate multiple busy build schedules simultaneously.
Preferred Qualifications:
- An MBA in Project Management, Operations Management, or a valid PMP Certification will be treated as an elite operational qualification asset.
- Possession of a valid United Arab Emirates Driving License is highly preferred for immediate multi-site mobilization.
