Job Description:
We are currently seeking a highly experienced and results-driven Project Manager to oversee the development of a prestigious luxury villa project in Abu Dhabi. This senior-level role is fundamental to our technical framework, requiring a professional who can manage the full project lifecycle for management, consultant, and stakeholder review. You will be responsible for leading all phases of luxury villa construction, ensuring adherence to strict budgets, quality standards, and handover timelines. We are looking for an individual with a strong foundation in High-End Residential Project Delivery and a proactive approach to risk management. 🔹 Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage all phases of luxury villa construction to meet management and client quality standards.
- Oversee project execution in Abu Dhabi, ensuring 100% compliance with UAE construction laws and safety regulations.
- Liaise with the Human Resources, consultants, and contractors to ensure smooth project delivery and resource optimization.
- Manage project risks and resolve complex on-site challenges to maintain 100% data integrity in progress reporting.
- Utilize digital Information Technology tools to monitor progress and provide regular technical updates to senior stakeholders.
🔹 Requirements:
- Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering (Mandatory).
- 15 to 20 years of professional experience specifically in construction and project management.
- Strong background in management of luxury villa or high-end residential projects in the UAE.
- Professional background in education or training regarding UAE construction regulations and execution practices.
- Ability to demonstrate operational excellence, strong leadership, and independent problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to drive project success in a high-pressure, fast-paced environment.
