Job Description:

A strategic revenue-generating vacancy is open for an ambitious and driven Property Advisor to lead client acquisitions across premium off-plan launches and secondary market transactions. Operating in the fast-paced Dubai commercial sector, this client-centric specialist will manage investor portfolios, deliver customized property valuations, lead site walk-throughs, and negotiate high-value purchase agreements to expand market share.

🔹 Key Responsibilities:

  • Advise high-value investors and home buyers on profitable off-plan developments and secondary market properties across Dubai.
  • Identify specific client investment goals, conduct property selections, and present high-yielding real estate options.
  • Manage the complete sales lifecycle from initial lead qualification and market analysis to site viewings and final deal closure.
  • Build and nurture sustainable long-term relationships with property sellers, prospective buyers, and institutional developers.
  • Negotiate purchase conditions, payment structures, and legal contract terms professionally to ensure customer satisfaction.
  • Utilize internal CRM databases diligently to monitor client progress, track properties, and organize marketing operations.

🔹 Requirements:

  • Previous professional sales or client advisory experience within the Dubai real estate industry is highly preferred.
  • Strong transactional sales, property negotiation, and relationship management capabilities.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills with a passion for target-driven commercial environments.
  • Demonstrated capability to adapt and perform effectively under high-pressure, fast-moving market conditions.
  • Immediate availability to join active brokerage operations in Dubai, UAE is highly prioritized.
  • Familiarity with tracking property data, using analytical portals, and modern customer relationship tools backed by corporate Information Technology systems.
  • Bachelor’s Degree, Diploma, or Certificate in Business, Sales, or Real Estate from an accredited education institution.
