Job Description / Role
🔹 Key Responsibilities:
- Convert qualified and company-provided leads into successful property transactions.
- Conduct professional property viewings and build long-term relationships with investors and end-users.
- Negotiate terms and manage the entire sales process from first contact to final handover.
- Advise clients on high-yield residential or commercial investment options.
- Stay updated on the latest Dubai Land Department (DLD) regulations and market trends.
🔹 Requirements:
- Demonstrated experience in UAE residential or commercial real estate sales.
- Strong understanding of Dubai property laws and market dynamics.
- Highly motivated, target-oriented, and professional in approach.
- Own visa or family visa is preferred.
- UAE driving license is a significant advantage.
- RERA certification or a valid broker license is highly valued.
