Job Description:
We are expanding our secondary residential division and seeking a highly motivated, result-driven, and structured Property Consultant to join our professional brokerage operations team in Dubai. This role is fundamental to our organizational framework, requiring an investment advisory and real estate sales professional who can deliver transaction and contract negotiation precision for management and brokerage board performance review. You will be responsible for overseeing incoming asset inquiries, organizing site viewings, updating buyer portfolios, archiving compliance documentation, and executing precise property conveyance pathways. We are looking for an individual with a strong foundation in Dubai Secondary Market Trends, Premium Client Relationship Building, and CRM-Driven Pipeline Operations and a proactive approach to operational tracking. 🔹 Key Responsibilities:
- Handle residential property sales with a focus on the secondary real estate market in Dubai.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, investors, and property owners.

- A minimum of 6 months of active real estate sales experience inside the UAE market is strictly required.

- Strong knowledge base and practical exposure regarding the management of client property portfolios, investor communications, and listing optimization.
