Job Description:
We are expanding our regional drafting division and seeking a highly creative, motivated, and structured Architect to join our professional design operations team in Business Bay, Dubai. This role is fundamental to our organizational framework, requiring a commercial space and medical facility design professional who can deliver technical drawing and schematic layout precision for management and construction delivery performance review. You will be responsible for overseeing initial spatial drafts, organizing 3D rendering presentations, updating blueprints, archiving code compliance documentation, and executing precise architectural engineering pathways. We are looking for an individual with a strong foundation in Technical Drafting Standards, Medical Facility Compliance Protocols, and 3D Visualization Environments and a proactive approach to operational tracking. 🔹 Key Responsibilities:
- Develop architectural designs, drawings, and layouts using industry-standard software.
- Work closely with project teams to ensure design accuracy and technical compliance.
- Prepare detailed plans, 3D models, and visual presentations for ongoing projects.
- Coordinate with engineers, consultants, and contractors during project execution.
- Ensure all designs comply with healthcare or commercial project standards and regulations.
- Support project development from concept stage through to execution.
- Maintain documentation and assist in project revisions and updates.
🔹 Requirements:
- Minimum 3 years of architectural experience (UAE or international experience accepted).
- Proficiency in AutoCAD, SketchUp, and Enscape is mandatory.
- Bachelor’s Degree in Architecture or a closely related spatial design discipline is required.
- Experience working on specialized healthcare setups or commercial property designs will be considered a distinct advantage.
- Strong design thinking, creative capability, and advanced technical drafting skills.
- Ability to work independently as well as in a collaborative, cross-functional project team environment.
- Strong knowledge base and practical exposure regarding the management of complex engineering workflows, zoning regulations, and structural coordination.
- Professional background in education regarding building code standards, health facility safety setups, materials science, and automated engineering modeling.
- Ability to demonstrate operational excellence, navigate shifting design variables under fast-paced project schedules, and thrive in an elite Dubai design center. (Please note: Senior candidates with 9+ years of experience are not being considered for this role).
