Job Description:
Zoya Developments is seeking an experienced Public Relations Officer (PRO) to join its corporate operations team in Dubai. Based in Dubai, this government liaison specialist will oversee company licensing, handle municipal permits, manage visa and labor operations with MOHRE and GDRFA, coordinate construction approvals with DDA and Dubai Municipality, and ensure strict compliance with UAE statutory regulations.
🔹 Key Responsibilities:
- Manage company licensing, permits, and government documentation.
- Coordinate with UAE government authorities to obtain approvals and process official documentation.
- Handle labor, immigration, visa, and residency-related procedures.
- Ensure compliance with UAE laws, regulations, and government requirements.
- Liaise with internal departments and external government entities to facilitate administrative processes.
- Monitor renewal dates for licenses, permits, and other official documents.
- Maintain accurate records of all government transactions and approvals.
- Support the company with other public relations and government-related responsibilities as required.
🔹 Requirements:
- Bachelor’s Degree or Diploma in Business Administration, Law, Public Relations, or a related field.
- Minimum 5 years of hands-on PRO experience within a UAE contracting or construction company.
- Fluency in both written and spoken English and Arabic is mandatory.
- Proven track record dealing directly with Dubai Development Authority (DDA), Dubai Municipality, MOHRE, and GDRFA (Immigration).
- In-depth knowledge of real estate development regulations, company licensing, labor quotas, and UAE government approval frameworks; valid UAE driving license preferred.
