Job Description:
We are seeking a proactive and experienced Public Relations Officer (PRO) to join our healthcare team in Dubai. This role is fundamental to our organizational framework, requiring a professional who can oversee all government-related processes for management and regulatory review. You will be responsible for facility license renewals, medical professional licensing (DHA/DOH/MOHAP), and full-cycle visa processing. We are looking for an individual with a strong foundation in UAE Labor Law and a proactive approach to operational efficiency. 🔹 Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee regulatory compliance and manage facility license renewals to meet management and healthcare standards.
- Ensure all medical staff hold valid DHA/DOH/MOHAP licenses within the Dubai facility.
- Liaise with the Human Resources and government entities to handle visa processing, Emirates ID, and medical fitness tests.
- Maintain accurate records of trade licenses and employee files to ensure 100% data integrity and compliance with UAE Labor Law.
- Utilize digital Information Technology tools and platforms such as Tasheel, Amer, and Sheryan to coordinate administrative and licensing tasks.
🔹 Requirements:
- Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Public Relations, or a related academic discipline.
- Minimum 2 years of professional experience as a PRO within the UAE (Hospital/Medical Center experience preferred).
- Strong background in management of UAE government systems and labor regulations.
- Professional background in education or training regarding Sheryan, Tasheel, and Amer platforms.
- Ability to demonstrate operational excellence and a mandatory valid UAE driving license is a strong advantage.
- Excellent communication skills in English; Arabic language proficiency is preferred.
