  • Process corporate visa structures, residency renewals, employee cancellations, medical fitness screenings, and official labor permits.
  • Coordinate directly with General Directorate of Residency and Foreigners Affairs (GDRFA), MOHRE, and other federal entities to maintain operational compliance.
  • Manage corporate trade license renewals, industrial authorizations, Chamber of Commerce credentials, and company documentation suites.
  • Track workforce credential expiration matrices, initiating proactive updates to safeguard the enterprise against operational penalties.
  • Support the core human resource operations panel with administrative data updates and local onboarding documentation setups.
  • Ensure absolute corporate compliance with the latest United Arab Emirates federal codes, immigration shifts, and labor laws.

🔹 Requirements:

  • Professional Diploma, Bachelor’s Degree, or an equivalent accredited certificate in Business Administration, Human Resources, Public Administration, or a matching corporate discipline is preferred.
  • Mandatory Territory Expertise: Proven, high-performance professional history operating an external liaison desk or running a government relations portfolio as an active PRO specifically within the United Arab Emirates corporate or industrial landscape.

    • Internal administrative syncing workflows, multi-tiered file archiving systems, and secure personnel records data storage paths.
  • Outstanding bilingual communication and negotiation talents in English and Arabic (preferred), a highly organized mindset suited for fast-paced corporate environments, a valid United Arab Emirates driving license, and complete professional readiness to lead operations in Sharjah.

What We Offer:

  • Competitive baseline fixed monthly salary package structured from AED 5,000 to 6,000, determined entirely by past government portfolio defenses, live immigration case simulations, and regulatory compliance reviews during panel interviews.
  • An elite opportunity to capture complete operational custody and lead the government relations trajectory for a respected, expanding industrial brand.
  • Stable career development paths supported by active corporate scale-ups and clear internal tracks for senior employee relations managers, regional operations directors, compliance heads, or specialists moving toward corporate hr jobs and public administration recruitment networks.
