School Education Department, Government of the Punjab is implementing the “Getting Results: Access and Delivery of Quality Education Services’ (GRADES)” project with the assistance of the World Bank for Improvement of educational outcomes which remains a crucial way for Punjab to build human capital.
The Project aims to increase girls’ and boys’ participation rates in pre-primary to elementary grades and enhance reading proficiency in primary grades of Punjab’s public schools. School Education Department (SED) now invites experienced candidates having relevant qualification and experience to indicate their interest in providing the services.

1. Head of Operations
Qualification:
- At least a Master’s degree or equivalent (16 years of education) in Business Administration, Project Management, Engineering, Environmental Sciences, Social Sciences, Public Administration or a relevant discipline from a foreign or local university recognized by HEC.
- Certification in Project Management (PMP) or any relevant certification will be preferred.
Experience:
- Minimum 12 years of relevant experience in public or private sectors or international organizations, preferably in education projects.
- Experience with Foreign-Aided Development Projects is preferred.
- Strong team building and organizational development skills.
- Knowledge of district systems and government procedures in Punjab.
- Understanding of pedagogical approaches for elementary/middle/high schools in Punjab.

Qualification:
- Professional qualification in Finance/Accountancy (CA, ACCA, CIMA, ICMA, etc.).
Experience:
- Minimum 10 years of relevant experience post-qualification in public/private/international organizations.

- Knowledge of World Bank and government finance procedures.

Qualification:
- Master’s/Bachelor’s (16 years of education) in Management, Engineering, Business Administration, or Social Sciences.
- Foreign/local degree from HEC recognized institution.
- Training/certification in Procurement (CIPS, ISM, USA, etc.) preferred.
Experience:
- Minimum 10 years relevant experience post-qualification in public/private/international organizations.
- Minimum 3 years in Foreign-Aided Development Projects preferred.
- Excellent knowledge of World Bank procurement procedures.
- Team-oriented with strong communication skills.

Qualification:
- At least B.Sc in Civil Engineering/Architecture (16 years of education) or equivalent from a recognized foreign/local university (HEC recognized).
Experience:

- Minimum 3 years in Foreign-Aided Development Projects preferred.
- Expertise in school building design, safety codes, and construction standards.
- Coordination with stakeholders including schools, World Bank, etc.
- Strong interpersonal, teamwork, and communication skills.
