Job Description:
We are seeking a detail-oriented Purchase Order (PO) Agent to support our dynamic procurement team in Dubai. This role is fundamental to our operational framework, requiring a professional who can manage purchasing activities from initial requisition through to final order processing within the Procure-to-Pay (P2P) cycle. You will be responsible for ensuring all activities align with company policies and coordinating with suppliers regarding delivery schedules for management review. 🔹 Key Responsibilities:
- Process and manage purchase requisitions and purchase orders efficiently within the energy sector framework.
- Ensure all procurement activities comply with strict company policies, contracts, and internal approval processes in Dubai.
- Coordinate directly with global suppliers regarding pricing, delivery schedules, and order accuracy.
- Liaise with the Human Resources department regarding internal procurement training and administrative coordination.
- Utilize digital Information Technology tools and ERP systems to monitor supply chain activities and resolve discrepancies.
🔹 Requirements:
- Bachelor’s Degree in Supply Chain, Business Administration, or a relevant academic discipline.
- Minimum 3 years of professional experience in procurement or purchasing operations.
- Strong background in management of the Procure-to-Pay (P2P) process and supplier communications.
- Professional background in education or training regarding ERP systems and modern procurement tools.
- Exceptional coordination and stakeholder management skills with high attention to detail.
- Ability to work efficiently within a structured and detail-oriented energy procurement function in UAE.
