Job Description:

The Purchasing Officer will manage corporate procurement processes, negotiate competitive pricing and trade terms with suppliers, process purchase orders, track supplier quotes, and ensure the timely delivery of goods and services.

🔹 Key Responsibilities:

• Negotiate with suppliers to secure competitive pricing and favorable terms.
• Prepare and issue purchase orders accurately and efficiently.
• Track quotations, pricing updates, and supplier offers.
• Follow up on purchase orders to ensure timely delivery of materials.
• Maintain organized purchasing records and procurement documentation.

🔹 Requirements:

• Bachelor’s Degree or Diploma in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, Commerce, or related field.
• Proven experience in purchasing, sales, or procurement operations; international trade experience is preferred.
• Strong negotiation, follow-up, client-handling, and communication skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
• Proactive, responsible, capable of working under pressure, and available to join immediately.
