Job Description:
We are seeking a qualified and experienced QA/QC Engineer to join our team in Jebel Ali Industrial 1. This role is fundamental to our organizational framework, requiring a professional who can implement quality assurance activities and monitor project compliance for management and technical performance review. You will be responsible for identifying non-conformities, managing quality documentation, and coordinating with site teams to ensure adherence to specifications. We are looking for an individual with a strong foundation in Inspection Procedures and Construction-Related QA/QC Processes and a proactive approach to site-based quality assessment. 🔹 Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct on-site inspections and ensure compliance with QA/QC standards to meet management and project excellence requirements.
- Support quality integrity in Dubai, ensuring 100% precision in documentation, reporting, and corrective action records.
- Liaise with the Human Resources department and site project managers to facilitate professional organizational reporting and quality audits.
- Monitor all project activities to ensure adherence to material specifications, particularly in waterproofing and protective coatings.
- Utilize digital Information Technology tools and analytical software to maintain documentation flow and quality control systems.
🔹 Requirements:
- Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or a related professional technical discipline.
- Minimum 3 years of professional experience specifically in a QA/QC engineering role.
- Strong background in management of inspection procedures, non-conformity reporting, and site-based quality assessments.
- Professional background in education regarding waterproofing, thermal insulation, or concrete repair technologies.
- Ability to demonstrate operational excellence, possess strong analytical skills, and work efficiently in a fast-paced site environment.
- Excellent communication skills with the capability to support technical audits in Dubai.
