Job Description:
We are seeking a professional and customer-oriented Female Sales Associate to join our growing retail team. This role is fundamental to our organizational framework, requiring a professional who can engage customers and provide detailed product insights for management and sales performance review. You will be responsible for achieving sales targets, maintaining attractive product displays, and ensuring a high standard of service quality. We are looking for an individual with a strong foundation in Showroom Sales Techniques and Interior Décor Aesthetics and a proactive approach to customer relationship building. 🔹 Key Responsibilities:
- Engage with customers in the showroom to meet management and individual sales targets.
- Support retail integrity in Dubai, ensuring 100% precision in product information delivery and customer inquiry management.
- Liaise with the Human Resources department and showroom management to facilitate professional organizational reporting and showroom aesthetics.
- Maintain high standards of showroom presentation, including attractive product displays and orderly layouts.
- Utilize digital Information Technology tools and retail systems to process sales activities and track repeat business opportunities.
🔹 Requirements:
- Bachelor’s Degree, Diploma, or equivalent professional experience in sales or retail.
- Minimum 2 years of professional experience specifically in showroom or retail sales.
- Strong background in management of customer expectations and a sales-driven mindset.
- Professional background in education or training regarding customer service excellence and interior design trends.
- Ability to demonstrate operational excellence, possess a presentable and professional personality, and work in a fast-paced environment.
- Candidates must currently hold a valid Visit Visa or Spouse Visa for this role in Dubai.
