Job Description:

We are urgently seeking a detail-oriented QA/QC Inspector to manage our civil quality frameworks on active building sites in Dubai. This full-time operational role focuses on running technical material reviews, testing structural outputs, and handling quality compliance documentation under our structural civil engineering oversight group.

🔹 Key Responsibilities:

• Carry out structural site inspections to ensure compliance with project specifications and quality standards.
• Monitor daily civil construction works and verify technical workmanship at multiple development stages.
• Evaluate incoming building materials delivered to site and match them against approved engineering logs.
• Interpret blueprints, structural drawings, technical checklists, and project specifications accurately.
• Conduct regular field inspections in accordance with QA/QC procedures and ISO quality metrics.
• Log and compile technical documentation of field inspections, material test logs, and quality reports.
• Identify defects, report technical non-conformance errors, and ensure corrective actions are verified.

🔹 Requirements:

• Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering or a related technical engineering field.
• 5 to 8 years of solid QA/QC inspection experience working on civil construction and building projects.
• Strong background working within the UAE construction sector with extensive knowledge of building materials.
• Familiarity with QA/QC frameworks, standard inspection procedures, and ISO auditing guidelines.
• Excellent technical reporting, documentation, and drawing interpretation skills; immediate joiners are highly preferred.
