Job Description:
We are seeking a highly experienced QA/QC Manager to join our construction team in the UAE. This role is fundamental to our structural framework, requiring a professional who can oversee QA/QC activities across ongoing projects, particularly villas and high-rise buildings, for management review. You will be responsible for developing inspection procedures, conducting quality audits, and ensuring strict compliance with UAE construction codes. We are looking for an individual with a strong foundation in Civil Engineering or Architecture. 🔹 Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee and manage comprehensive QA/QC activities across various construction sites in the UAE.
- Ensure all structural and finishing work complies with approved quality standards and management specifications.
- Liaise with the Human Resources and project departments regarding quality training, site audits, and corrective action plans.
- Identify non-conformities and implement prompt corrective measures to maintain project timelines and standards.
- Utilize digital Information Technology tools for documentation, testing procedures, and quality reporting.
🔹 Requirements:
- Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering, Architecture, or a relevant technical discipline.
- Proven professional experience as a QA/QC Manager on villa and building projects specifically within the UAE.
- Strong background in management of quality control systems, inspection processes, and UAE construction codes.
- Professional background in education or training regarding industry-standard testing procedures and compliance.
- Excellent leadership skills with the ability to coordinate effectively with multidisciplinary project teams.
- Candidates must currently be based in the UAE to be considered for this role.
