Job Description:

The Quantity Surveyor will oversee project financial management, conduct precise quantity take-offs, prepare Bills of Quantities (BOQs), administer contracts, process variations, and manage final accounts for high-end interior fit-out and construction developments.

🔹 Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare BOQs, quantity take-offs, and cost estimates for projects.
• Monitor and manage project costs throughout the construction lifecycle.
• Review contracts, variations, and project financial documentation.
• Support contract administration and final account preparation.
• Coordinate with project teams, consultants, and suppliers regarding cost-related matters.
• Provide accurate cost analysis and reporting to support decision-making.

🔹 Requirements:

• Bachelor’s Degree in Quantity Surveying, Civil Engineering, or a related field.
• Proven experience in fit-out, interior, or construction projects.
• Strong knowledge of BOQ preparation, estimation, quantity take-offs, contract administration, variations, and final accounts.
• UAE project experience preferred.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications and quantity surveying software.
