🔹 Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare quantity take-offs, Bills of Quantities (BOQs), cost estimates, and tender pricing.
• Prepare and evaluate progress payment applications, variations, and final accounts.
• Review subcontractor quotations and verify completed work quantities.
• Interpret construction drawings, specifications, and contract documents.
• Support project cost control and ensure accurate quantity measurements.

🔹 Requirements:

• Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering.
• Minimum 4 years of Quantity Surveying experience in the UAE or GCC.
• Expertise in quantity take-offs, BOQ preparation, cost estimation, and tender pricing.
• Proficiency in AutoCAD and Microsoft Excel.
• Strong communication, coordination, and contractual evaluation skills.
