A specialized career opening is available for an experienced Real Estate Accountant to join the central finance department. This vital role owns accountability over asset balancing, agent commission tracking, vendor liabilities management, and transactional auditing to protect fiscal data accuracy within a fast-moving brokerage setting in Dubai, UAE.

🔹 Key Responsibilities:

• Must handle prior specialized experience in real estate brokerage accounting operations.
• Manage day-to-day accounts payable (AP) and accounts receivable (AR) processes.
• Perform accurate bank, escrow account, and ledger reconciliations to ensure financial data integrity.
• Manage complex broker commission calculations and related property deal settlements.
• Prepare, track, and support comprehensive monthly financial reporting activities.
• Ensure timely, accurate, and structured bookkeeping and accounting records.
• Maintain clear cross-departmental coordination with sales teams and property agents.

• Verifiable hands-on background managing financial accounts inside a real estate brokerage structure.
• Strong professional capability in processing multi-tier commissions, payout structures, and client ledgers.
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel, layout organization, and modern enterprise accounting software.
• Excellent business communication, organizational, and technical reporting abilities.
• Familiarity with digital property listings and financial CRM portals backed by modern Information Technology assets.
• Bachelor’s degree or professional diploma from an approved accounting or finance education program.
