🔹 Key Responsibilities:

  • Client Acquisition: Proactively identify and engage potential buyers and investors for both Off-Plan and Secondary market properties.
  • Consultation: Provide expert advice to clients on market trends, investment potential, and property valuations in the Dubai region.
  • Deal Closing: Manage the end-to-end sales process, from property viewings and negotiations to the final signing of the Sales and Purchase Agreement (SPA).
  • Relationship Management: Build and maintain a robust database of clients, ensuring long-term loyalty and referral opportunities.
  • Bilingual Interaction: Facilitate seamless communication between Arabic and English-speaking stakeholders.
  • Market Research: Stay updated on the latest developer launches and secondary market price movements across Dubai’s key districts.

🔹 Requirements:

  • Language Skills: Fluency in both Arabic and English is mandatory for this role.
  • Experience: Minimum 6 months of proven experience in the Dubai real estate market.
  • Market Knowledge: Previous exposure to Off-Plan sales and the Secondary Market is a strong advantage.
  • Sales Skills: Excellent negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills with a professional attitude.
  • Education: Bachelor’s degree holder, Diploma, or a relevant real estate certification (RERA preferred).
  • Mindset: Self-motivated, results-oriented, and ready to thrive in a performance-driven structure.
