Job Description:
We are seeking a dynamic and results-focused Real Estate Recruiter to join our expanding team. This role is fundamental to our organizational framework, requiring a professional who can identify and attract top-performing Property Consultants for management and sales performance review. You will be responsible for the full recruitment lifecycle, from sourcing and daily interviews to shortlisting and onboarding high-quality candidates. We are looking for an individual with a strong foundation in Sales Recruitment Strategies and Talent Pipeline Maintenance and a proactive approach to meeting hiring targets. 🔹 Key Responsibilities:
- Source and recruit experienced Real Estate Agents to meet management and sales expansion targets.
- Support talent integrity in Dubai, ensuring 100% precision in candidate evaluation and shortlisting processes.
- Liaise with the Human Resources department to manage the onboarding process and ensure smooth team integration.
- Build and maintain a robust talent pipeline to facilitate professional organizational reporting and immediate vacancy fulfillment.
- Utilize digital Information Technology tools and LinkedIn sourcing strategies to target high-quality candidates who deliver results.
🔹 Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent professional experience in Human Resources or Recruitment.
- Proven professional experience specifically in real estate or sales recruitment within Dubai.
- Strong background in management of recruitment platforms, LinkedIn Recruiter, and candidate databases.
- Professional background in education or training regarding negotiation, persuasion, and Dubai real estate market trends.
- Ability to demonstrate operational excellence, work under pressure, and consistently exceed monthly hiring targets.
- Excellent interpersonal skills with the capability to support a high-standard property group in Business Bay.
