Job Description:

Nova Capital Real Estate is seeking energetic and driven Real Estate Sales Agents to join its growing team in Dubai. Based in Dubai, these sales professionals will manage client inquiries, conduct property viewings, negotiate purchase and lease transactions, present market options, build client relationships, and drive division revenue growth in Dubai’s real estate market.

🔹 Key Responsibilities:

• Build and maintain relationships with prospective and existing property clients.
• Assist clients in buying, selling, and renting real estate while delivering outstanding customer service.
• Conduct property viewings, negotiate deals, and support clients throughout the sales process.
• Achieve sales targets and contribute to the company’s business growth.
• Stay updated on market trends and property listings in Dubai.

🔹 Requirements:

• 6 months to 1 year of hands-on real estate sales experience in the UAE.
• Strong understanding of real estate sales, property negotiation, closing techniques, and local market trends.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and client relationship management skills.
• Self-motivated, target-driven, and passionate about delivering high-standard client service.
• Immediate availability to join is highly preferred.
