Job Description:
We are seeking an enthusiastic and customer-focused Reception / Admin professional to join our dynamic team at Silicon Central Mall. This role is fundamental to our organizational framework, requiring a professional who can manage guest interactions for management and operational review. You will be the first point of contact, responsible for greeting guests, managing admissions processes, and ensuring smooth front desk operations. We are looking for an individual with a strong foundation in POS Systems and Professional Guest Relations and a proactive approach to supporting administrative tasks and upselling opportunities. 🔹 Key Responsibilities:
- Greet and welcome guests to meet management and service excellence targets.
- Support service integrity in Dubai, ensuring 100% data integrity in bookings, admissions records, and daily POS transactions.
- Liaise with the Human Resources department and operational teams to ensure smooth coordination at the reception area and administrative efficiency.
- Promote park services and contribute to upselling opportunities to enhance the overall guest experience and park revenue.
- Utilize digital Information Technology tools and POS hardware to optimize front desk tracking and professional organizational reporting.
🔹 Requirements:
- Relevant administrative or guest relations credentials plus a high school diploma or equivalent Academic Foundation.
- Proven professional background in customer-facing roles (entertainment or leisure sector experience is an advantage).
- Strong background in management of front desk tasks, guest inquiries, and POS operations.
- Professional background in education or training regarding customer service excellence, English communication, and office administration.
- Ability to demonstrate operational excellence, maintain an energetic attitude, and work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- Must provide a UAE ID, Passport Copy, and Updated CV during the application process.
- Excellent organizational skills with the capability to support a high-standard park in Dubai.
