Job Description:
We are seeking a professional and energetic Receptionist & Admin Coordinator to join our team in Sharjah. This role is fundamental to our organizational framework, requiring a professional who can represent the company as the first point of contact for management and visitor review. You will be responsible for managing front desk operations, handling incoming communications, and providing essential documentation support to the HR and Admin teams. 🔹 Key Responsibilities:
- Greet and welcome visitors to meet management and corporate hospitality standards.
- Manage front desk operations and handle incoming calls professionally within the Sharjah office.
- Liaise with the Human Resources and Admin teams to ensure 100% data integrity in documentation and filing.
- Coordinate office supplies, vendor interactions, and logistics to maintain an efficient office environment.
- Utilize digital Information Technology tools and Microsoft Office to coordinate meetings, appointments, and email correspondence.
🔹 Requirements:
- Bachelor’s Degree, Diploma, or professional Certificate in a relevant academic discipline.
- 2 to 4 years of professional experience specifically in a receptionist or administrative coordinator role.
- Strong background in management of front desk operations, multitasking, and office logistics.
- Professional background in education or training regarding Microsoft Office applications and professional communication.
- Ability to demonstrate operational excellence and a presentable, proactive personality in the UAE.
- Excellent communication skills in English; proficiency in the Arabic language is considered a significant advantage.
