Job Description:
We are seeking a professional, well-presented Arabic-speaking Receptionist to guide patient relations and manage our front office operations in Abu Dhabi. Operating as the direct face of our medical institute, this full-time role focuses on handling multi-line booking platforms, verifying client registrations, managing treatment information logs, and streamlining visitor movement under our centralized facility management framework.
🔹 Key Responsibilities:
- Manage the front desk zone efficiently, welcoming inbound patients warmly to establish an upscale and professional first impression.
- Schedule, coordinate, and confirm patient consultations to prevent scheduling overlaps and maintain an optimal clinical floor flow.
- Provide clear, helpful information to clients regarding specific laser packages, skincare products, and diagnostic consultation costs.
- Handle incoming calls, social media booking queries, official emails, and post-treatment follow-up communications.
- Process initial point-of-sale financial transactions, compile direct cash receipts, and update confidential electronic health profiles.
- Coordinate directly with on-duty cosmetic doctors, laser therapists, and internal medical executives to ensure smooth operational daily lines.
- Maintain the entire welcoming lobby space in an immaculate, highly organized, and relaxing structural state at all times.
🔹 Requirements:
- Must be a native Arabic speaker possessed of excellent, fluent verbal and written English communication capabilities.
- Previous professional front-desk or customer service experience working directly inside a specialized aesthetic clinic, dermatology center, or luxury medi-spa is required.
- Highly professional personal presentation paired with exceptional interpersonal skills, emotional intelligence, and hospitality instincts.
- Proven capacity to multitask, prioritize under pressure, and manage anxious patients gracefully inside a fast-paced medical environment.
- Practical familiarity navigating clinical scheduling software, electronic medical databases, or digital point-of-sale (POS) systems is a strong advantage.
- A formal Diploma, Bachelor’s Degree, or professional customer relations certificate is preferred but not mandatory.
