Job Description:
We are seeking a professional and customer-focused Receptionist to join our automotive service center. This role is fundamental to our organizational framework, requiring a professional who can manage front-of-house interactions for management and service performance review. You will be responsible for greeting customers, managing incoming inquiries, and coordinating with the service team to ensure a smooth workflow. We are looking for an individual with a strong foundation in Guest Relations and Administrative Support and a proactive approach to maintaining organized records. 🔹 Key Responsibilities:
- Greet and assist customers warmly to meet management and professional service targets.
- Support administrative integrity in Abu Dhabi, ensuring 100% precision in managing calls and directing technical inquiries.
- Liaise with the Human Resources department and service teams to schedule appointments and ensure a smooth daily workflow.
- Maintain organized records and handle daily customer interactions to facilitate professional organizational reporting and administrative efficiency.
- Utilize digital Information Technology tools and MS Office to optimize front desk operations and professional administrative delivery.
🔹 Requirements:
- Bachelor’s Degree or Diploma in Business Administration or a related professional field.
- 2 to 3 years of professional experience specifically within an automotive receptionist or front desk position.
- Strong background in management of customer queries, call handling, and team-oriented administrative tasks.
- Professional background in education or training regarding MS Office tools, customer care standards, and business communication.
- Ability to demonstrate operational excellence, possess a professional appearance, and exhibit a customer-oriented approach.
- Excellent organizational skills with the capability to support a high-standard automotive firm in Abu Dhabi.
