Job Description / Role
🔹 Key Responsibilities:
- Talent Acquisition: Manage end-to-end recruitment activities, including sourcing candidates, initial screening, and meticulous coordination.
- Job Advertising: Create and publish compelling job vacancies on major portals and professional platforms like LinkedIn to attract diverse talent.
- Interview Coordination: Act as the primary liaison between candidates and hiring managers to schedule and facilitate interview rounds.
- Front Office Leadership: Handle daily reception duties, including managing inquiries, greeting guests, and maintaining a professional office entrance.
- Onboarding & Admin: Assist with the employee onboarding journey and maintain accurate digital/physical records for HR documentation.
- Internal Communication: Ensure smooth coordination across various departments to support general office administrative efficiency.
🔹 Requirements:
- Education: Bachelor’s degree is highly preferred; relevant Diploma or Certificate holders will be considered.
- Experience: 1 to 3 years of proven experience in administrative and recruitment roles.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in MS Office applications and familiarity with LinkedIn Recruiter or similar platforms.
- UAE Advantage: Prior recruitment experience specifically within the UAE market is considered a significant plus.
- Soft Skills: Exceptional communication, interpersonal coordination, and multitasking capabilities.
- Attributes: Highly organized, proactive, and able to work in a fast-paced environment.
