🔹 Key Responsibilities:

  • Talent Acquisition: Manage end-to-end recruitment activities, including sourcing candidates, initial screening, and meticulous coordination.
  • Job Advertising: Create and publish compelling job vacancies on major portals and professional platforms like LinkedIn to attract diverse talent.
  • Interview Coordination: Act as the primary liaison between candidates and hiring managers to schedule and facilitate interview rounds.
  • Front Office Leadership: Handle daily reception duties, including managing inquiries, greeting guests, and maintaining a professional office entrance.
  • Onboarding & Admin: Assist with the employee onboarding journey and maintain accurate digital/physical records for HR documentation.
  • Internal Communication: Ensure smooth coordination across various departments to support general office administrative efficiency.

🔹 Requirements:

  • Education: Bachelor’s degree is highly preferred; relevant Diploma or Certificate holders will be considered.
  • Experience: 1 to 3 years of proven experience in administrative and recruitment roles.
  • Technical Skills: Proficiency in MS Office applications and familiarity with LinkedIn Recruiter or similar platforms.
  • UAE Advantage: Prior recruitment experience specifically within the UAE market is considered a significant plus.
  • Soft Skills: Exceptional communication, interpersonal coordination, and multitasking capabilities.
  • Attributes: Highly organized, proactive, and able to work in a fast-paced environment.
