🔹 Key Responsibilities:
- Welcome corporate clients and international visitors in a professional, courteous, and highly attentive manner.
- Manage high-volume incoming telephone exchanges, screening calls and routing specific inquiries to appropriate case managers.
- Coordinate daily front office counter operations, maintaining an elegant, organized, and brand-compliant reception environment.
- Oversee visitor management flows, check appointment booking systems, and sync arrival updates with consulting squads.
- Maintain organized, audit-ready visitor registers, administrative tracking documents, and physical or digital reception files.
- Support internal office coordination routines, distributing physical mail packages and transmitting critical messages across branches.
- Deliver exceptional front desk customer service, resolving immediate waiting-area complaints with professional problem-solving methods.
🔹 Requirements:
- Bachelor’s Degree or a recognized professional Diploma from an accredited academic institution is preferred.
- Proven professional experience operating a front desk reception desk or customer service portfolio, explicitly showing success within high-touch client service environment, corporate office support, or hospitality industries.
- Advanced digital literacy with extensive practical capability deploying multi-line telephone switchboards, interacting with calendar booking software, and updating visitor metrics tables inside MS Excel.
- Deep, comprehensive operational knowledge across the following primary functional dimensions:
- Front office operations, waiting-room flow logistics, switchboard handling, and guest registration benchmarks.
- Customer service etiquette, active listening models, problem-solving, and cross-cultural communication practices.
