Job Description:

We are executing a strategic front-of-house appointment within our clinical operations division and are seeking a professional, patient-focused Receptionist to govern front desk intake pipelines and direct daily patient coordination pathways in Dubai Industrial City, Dubai. Built for structured, welcoming administrative professionals who excel at managing patient arrival flows and maintaining strict medical data tracking grids, this full-time role focuses on accelerating appointment processing speeds, auditing patient documentation logs, and maximizing medical reception precision under our integrated corporate management framework.

🔹 Key Responsibilities:

  • Welcome incoming patients, family members, and clinic visitors in an elite, friendly, and highly professional manner.
  • Assist patients with multi-stage medical registrations, data entry verification, and precise calendar appointment scheduling.
  • Answer central incoming phone lines, filter emergency calls, and respond to general clinical inquiries promptly.
  • Maintain organized, high-fidelity digital patient medical records and update front desk administrative documentation.
  • Coordinate internal workflows seamlessly with resident doctors, nursing staff, and laboratory technicians to guarantee fluid service.
  • Handle outpatient point-of-sale billing, process payment transactions, and support general cash ledger administration tasks.
  • Ensure the clinical reception lounge and waiting zones remain immaculately organized, hygienic, and highly professional.
  • Manage daily patient waiting loops effectively to protect smooth clinic throughput velocities.
  • Assist with incoming medical insurance verification forms, validation checks, and basic claim documentation when required.

🔹 Requirements:

  • High School Diploma, professional Diploma, or a matching accredited business administration qualification.
  • Proven, successful professional experience operating within a front desk role, medical reception setup, or customer support desk inside a clinic or healthcare environment.
  • Total professional bilingual fluency in both spoken and written English and Hindi is mandatory to communicate seamlessly with our diverse patient group.
  • Advanced technical data literacy with practical proficiency deploying patient databases, scheduling calendars, and billing tracking systems inside Microsoft Office applications, specifically Microsoft Excel.
  • Deep operational knowledge across the following healthcare domains:
    • Medical front desk operations, intake procedures, and electronic health record updates.
    • Appointment booking management systems, caller filtering, and administrative support functions.
    • Top-tier customer service practices and empathetic patient communication methodologies.
    • High-discretion record management and the ability to maintain total patient information confidentiality.
  • Outstanding interpersonal traits, excellent organizational habits, high multitasking capacity, a professional appearance, and a constructive attitude.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Prior hands-on familiarity processing medical insurance approval networks, pre-authorization protocols, or clinic claim forms is highly preferred.
