Job Description:

We are seeking a professional and presentable Receptionist with prior experience in the real estate sector to join our office in Dubai Marina. This role is fundamental to our organizational framework, requiring a professional who can manage the front-desk for management and client satisfaction review. You will be responsible for serving as the primary point of contact, ensuring a welcoming experience, and coordinating administrative tasks for our team of agents. We are looking for an individual with a strong foundation in Customer Handling and a proactive approach to scheduling and inquiry management. 🔹 Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage front-desk operations and welcome visitors to meet management and guest service excellence targets.
  • Coordinate inquiry handling in Dubai Marina, ensuring 100% data integrity in visitor logs, appointment scheduling, and agent communication.
  • Liaise with the Human Resources department and internal teams to facilitate smooth office coordination and administrative support.
  • Maintain a clean and organized reception area while delivering professional customer service via phone, email, and in-person interactions.
  • Utilize digital Information Technology tools and scheduling software to optimize front-desk efficiency and professional reporting.

  • Bachelor’s Degree or Diploma in Business Administration plus a relevant professional Certificate.
  • Proven professional experience specifically as a Receptionist within the real estate industry.
  • Strong background in management of client expectations, multitasking, and front-office coordination.
  • Professional background in education or training regarding customer service excellence and professional appearance standards.
  • Ability to demonstrate operational excellence, strong communication skills, and immediate availability for joining.
  • Excellent organizational skills with the capability to support a fast-paced property office in Dubai.
