Job Description:

The Receptionist / Sales Admin will coordinate front-desk operations and provide vital administrative assistance to the active property advisory division. Operating in a fast-paced real estate office, this professional will manage primary client inquiries, update listings across web databases, maintain systematic CRM entries, and draft vital sales-related documentation to ensure efficient commercial operations.

🔹 Key Responsibilities:

  • Welcome clients and visitors while managing front desk operations professionally.
  • Answer phone calls, respond to emails, and handle office correspondence.
  • Provide administrative support to the sales team.
  • Maintain CRM records and update property listings.
  • Prepare sales-related documentation, reports, and administrative records.
  • Coordinate meetings, appointments, and daily office activities.
  • Assist in ensuring efficient day-to-day office operations.

🔹 Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s Degree, Diploma, or an equivalent academic qualification.
  • Minimum 1 year of professional real estate sector experience in the UAE is mandatory.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, Outlook).
  • Familiarity with industry CRM software, listing portals, and property database management.
  • Proven organizational and multitasking abilities under dynamic workloads.
