Job Description:

METS Laboratories is seeking an organized Receptionist Cum Sales Support professional to join its team in Dubai. Based in Dubai, this front-desk and administrative professional will welcome visiting clients, handle incoming inquiries, manage office communications, prepare sales quotations and proposals, maintain customer database records, and collaborate with sales and technical teams to support daily operations.

🔹 Key Responsibilities:

• Welcome and assist visitors and clients in a professional and courteous manner.
• Manage incoming phone calls, emails, appointments, and general inquiries.
• Prepare quotations, proposals, and other sales-related documents.
• Follow up with clients and assist with sales coordination activities.
• Maintain customer records and prepare basic sales reports.
• Coordinate with the sales team and other internal departments.
• Provide administrative and marketing support as required.

🔹 Requirements:

• High School Diploma or equivalent; Diploma or Degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field is an advantage.
• 0–1 year of experience in reception, front desk, administrative assistance, or sales support.
• Previous UAE or GCC work experience is preferred.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English; proficiency in Arabic, Hindi/Urdu, or Tagalog is an added advantage.
• Practical experience in generating commercial proposals, sales quotations, and managing client records.
• Strong administrative coordination, organization, and multi-tasking abilities in a busy office environment.
