Job Description:

The Receptionist / Sales Support will manage front desk operations, welcome visiting families, process event and venue bookings, support direct sales initiatives, and maintain high standards of guest satisfaction.

🔹 Key Responsibilities:

• Welcome guests and provide professional front desk support.
• Handle customer inquiries, bookings, and reservations efficiently.
• Support sales activities and help achieve business targets.
• Maintain accurate customer records and booking information.
• Provide excellent customer service and ensure guest satisfaction.
• Assist with daily front office and operational tasks.

🔹 Requirements:

• Minimum 2 years of experience in the Family Entertainment Center industry.
• Strong sales background is mandatory.
• Excellent communication and customer service skills.
• Confident, organized, customer-focused, and capable of managing tasks in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong knowledge of sales, customer relationship management, front desk operations, and booking systems.
