- Provide highly professional, comprehensive midwifery care fluidly to expectant mothers navigating active labor, birth delivery, and immediate critical postnatal recovery timelines.
- Monitor maternal vital signs and complex fetal physiological indicators continuously during pregnancy and active childbirth, enforcing the highest baseline levels of patient safety.
- Assist in, coordinate, and lead normal vaginal and assisted deliveries fluidly while compiling precise clinical chart documentation records.
- Support mothers and families through structured pre-natal counseling, physical comfort guidance, and authentic emotional care before, during, and after childbirth tracking loops.
- Collaborate continuously with attending obstetricians, neonatologists, clinical nursing floor staff, and pediatric squads to deliver integrated maternity care services.
- Assess fluctuating patient clinical conditions systematically, responding with rapid, effective diagnostic interventions to any acute delivery room variations or complications.

- Must possess a valid, active license from the Dubai Health Authority (DHA) as a Registered Midwife to legally practice in the Emirate of Dubai.
- A minimum of 3 years of verified, continuous professional experience operating directly within a high-volume Labor and Delivery Unit inside the United Arab Emirates.
