Job Description:
We are seeking skilled and compassionate Registered Nurses to join our healthcare team in Abu Dhabi and Al Ain. This role is fundamental to our organizational framework, requiring a professional who can deliver high-standard medical services for management and patient recovery review. You will be responsible for supporting patient recovery in a professional clinical environment, focusing on long-term and critical care. We are looking for an individual with a strong foundation in LTC, ICU/CCU Nursing, and Ventilated Patient Care and a proactive approach to maintaining quality care standards. 🔹 Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver high-quality patient-centered care to meet management and clinical service targets.
- Support clinical integrity in Abu Dhabi, ensuring 100% data integrity in patient charts, treatment plans, and recovery documentation.
- Liaise with the Human Resources department and multidisciplinary medical professionals to ensure smooth patient care delivery and quality standards.
- Handle specialized nursing tasks, including the management of ventilated patients in long-term care settings.
- Utilize digital Information Technology tools and hospital information systems to optimize patient tracking and professional clinical reporting.
🔹 Requirements:
- Nursing Degree plus a Valid DOH, DHA, or MOH License to practice in the UAE.
- Proven professional experience specifically in Long-Term Care (LTC) or critical care units (ICU/CCU).
- Strong background in management of ventilated patients, rehabilitation protocols, and clinical safety.
- Professional background in education or training regarding UAE healthcare standards, critical care nursing, and patient safety.
- Ability to demonstrate operational excellence, high attention to detail, and a commitment to professional nursing standards.
- Flexibility to relocate to Abu Dhabi or Al Ain as per business requirements.
- Excellent organizational skills with the capability to support a leading healthcare organization in Abu Dhabi.
