Job Description:

We are executing an immediate strategic medical appointment within our nursing faculty division and are seeking dedicated, compassionate Registered Nurses to govern patient care pipelines and direct clinical management pathways in Dubai. Operating as critical medical anchors and active healthcare specialists within our main treatment facility, these full-time roles focus on accelerating patient recovery cycles, auditing diagnostic logs, and maximizing medical compliance under our integrated clinic management framework.

🔹 Key Responsibilities:

  • Deliver professional, high-fidelity, and patient-focused nursing care within the outpatient treatment facility.
  • Monitor patient vital signs and changing clinical conditions systematically while maintaining meticulously accurate medical records.
  • Administer prescribed medications, therapeutic treatments, and specialized clinical procedures safely in line with medical orders.
  • Collaborate seamlessly with attending physicians, specialist consultants, and multidisciplinary healthcare professionals to optimize case care planning.
  • Support patients and their families with clear, empathetic guidance, outpatient counseling, and proactive wellness education.
  • Maintain uncompromised compliance with institutional healthcare standards, local regulatory directives, and hygiene safety protocols.
  • Assist clinical leadership with quality assurance checks, inventory monitoring for medical supplies, and operational cross-departmental reporting.

🔹 Requirements:

  • Diploma or Bachelor’s Degree in Nursing from an accredited university or matching medical educational institution.
  • Valid, active professional nursing license from country of origin, with a valid Dubai Health Authority (DHA) license or verified eligibility to practice in the UAE.
  • Previous professional nursing experience operating inside a structured healthcare facility or clinical support framework is preferred.
  • Advanced technical data literacy with practical proficiency tracking medical histories, updating vitals registries, and logging patient checklists inside Microsoft Excel and clinical database applications.
  • Excellent verbal and written English communication skills paired with sharp critical thinking, active listening, and strong interpersonal relationship-building capabilities.
  • Demonstrated capacity to work effectively under tight clinical schedules, handle multiple active patient cases simultaneously, and operate productively inside a collaborative multidisciplinary team.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Prior verified nursing experience specializing in mental health support or psychiatric care environments will be treated as an outstanding commercial advantage.
