Job Description:
We are seeking a qualified and compassionate Registered Nurse to join our Home Healthcare team in Abu Dhabi. This role is fundamental to our organizational framework, requiring a professional who can deliver high-quality nursing care for management and clinical performance review. You will be responsible for monitoring patient health, administering prescribed treatments, and ensuring the highest standards of safety and hygiene within a homecare setting. We are looking for an individual with a strong foundation in Clinical Patient Care, Medication Administration, and DOH Compliance and a proactive approach to home-based healthcare delivery. 🔹 Key Responsibilities:
- Provide professional nursing care in homecare environments to meet management and clinical safety standards.
- Support clinical integrity in Abu Dhabi, monitoring patient conditions and reporting significant changes to medical teams with 100% precision.
- Liaise with the Human Resources department and multidisciplinary support teams to facilitate professional organizational coordination of patient care plans.
- Administer prescribed medications and treatments while maintaining accurate medical records and documentation.
- Utilize digital Information Technology tools to track patient progress and ensure strict adherence to DOH regulations and healthcare standards.
🔹 Requirements:
- Bachelor’s Degree in Nursing with a valid DOH Registered Nurse License or Eligibility Letter (mandatory).
- Proven professional experience or eligibility within a clinical or home healthcare setting.
- Strong background in management of patient safety, hygiene, and emergency response protocols.
- Professional background in education regarding nursing ethics, DOH regulations, and clinical documentation.
- Ability to demonstrate operational excellence, possess a compassionate attitude, and work effectively in Abu Dhabi.
- Must be currently based in the UAE and available for immediate joining.
