Job Description:

We are executing a strategic professional appointment within our core clinical operations wing and are seeking an experienced, compassionate Registered Nurse – NICU to govern critical neonatal workflows and direct specialized patient-centered care pathways in Dubai. Configured for systematic clinical specialists who possess an advanced technical command of neonatal intensive care protocols and excel at executing high-precision medical treatments within fast-paced clinical environments, this full-time track focuses on accelerating patient recovery velocities, auditing clinical charts, and maximizing patient safety metrics under our unified corporate management framework.

🔹 Key Responsibilities:

  • Deliver high-quality, evidence-based nursing care to critically ill, premature, and high-risk newborns within the Neonatal Intensive Care Unit.
  • Monitor, track, and continuously assess neonatal vital signs, clinical parameters, and complex physiological data while accurately documenting clinical observations.
  • Administer prescribed critical care medications, specialized intravenous therapies, and tailored neonatal treatments with absolute mathematical accuracy.
  • Collaborate seamlessly with neonatologists, advanced pediatricians, respiratory therapists, and multi-disciplinary clinical healthcare teams.
  • Support, educate, and communicate clearly with anxious parents and family units, guiding them compassionately throughout the patient’s care journey.
  • Ensure total ward compliance with strict infection control procedures, rigorous patient safety standards, and hospital clinical policies.
  • Operate, calibrate, and monitor specialized NICU medical equipment including incubators, mechanical ventilators, and advanced monitoring displays.
  • Participate actively in clinical shift handovers, code readiness drills, and continuous nursing quality improvement initiatives.

🔹 Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Nursing (BSN) or a matching accredited nursing science diploma, backed by an active, valid Dubai Health Authority (DHA) License or official DHA Eligibility Letter.
  • A minimum of 5 or more years of verified, high-performance professional history working as a Neonatal Intensive Care Unit (NICU) Registered Nurse within the UAE or Saudi Arabia (SAR) healthcare regions. Must hold active, valid Basic Life Support (BLS) and Neonatal Resuscitation Program (NRP) certifications.
  • Advanced clinical data literacy with sharp capabilities generating patient assessment metrics, tracking critical medication logs, and managing digital health record charts inside Microsoft Excel and hospital database software.
  • Deep, comprehensive operational knowledge across the following primary functional dimensions:
    • Neonatal Intensive Care Unit (NICU) clinical nursing practices, thermoregulation, fluid balance calculations, and neonatal physiology.
    • Clinical assessment methods and critical care tracking protocols, emergency resuscitation steps, and specialized monitoring.
    • Infection control guidelines, strict isolation rules, sterile field maintenance, patient safety metrics, and hospital risk reduction.
    • Pharmacological knowledge for neonatal dosages, high-alert drug double-checks, IV infusion calculations, and safety boundaries.
    • Family-centered care theories, empathetic clinical communication models, crisis management, and parental education steps.
  • Outstanding verbal and written communication talents, sharp critical thinking habits under intense critical care conditions, absolute attention to structural charting detail, and a highly professional, compassionate attitude.
