Job Description:
We are seeking a compassionate, dedicated, and patient-focused Registered Nurse to join our professional OBGYN clinic operations team in Dubai. This role is fundamental to our organizational framework, requiring a medical support professional who can deliver nursing precision for management and specialty clinic performance review. You will be responsible for overseeing treatment room readiness, maintaining rigid clinical sterilization logs, managing patient record systems, assisting physicians during complex consultations, and executing detailed pre- and post-treatment care plans. We are looking for an individual with a strong foundation in DHA Nursing Standards, Outpatient OBGYN Support, and Patient Care Coordination and a proactive approach to medical safety tracking. 🔹 Key Responsibilities:
- Manage comprehensive outpatient triage, clinical nursing assistance, and patient care routines to meet management and statutory clinical protocols.
- Support clinical integrity in Dubai, checking vital signs, updating diagnostic documentation, and maintaining sterile tool environments with 100% precision.
- Liaise with the Human Resources department, attending physicians, pharmacy units, and diagnostic laboratories to facilitate professional organizational coordination of patient flows.
- Provide detailed health guidance outlines to patients, track clinical inventory baselines, and execute strict medical safety and sanitation audits.
- Utilize digital Information Technology systems to securely access patient charts, log treatment workflows, and coordinate clinic appointment pathways.
🔹 Requirements:
- Bachelor’s Degree or Professional Diploma in Nursing is required from an accredited institution.
- A valid DHA License or an official DHA Eligibility Letter is mandatory for professional practice.
- Strong background in management of clinical environments, patient reception workflows, and emergency triage parameters.
- Professional background in education regarding general nursing ethics, gynecological patient care practices, and local healthcare regulatory standards; Arabic language proficiency will be considered an advantage.
- Excellent multi-departmental coordination, communication, and patient-focused interpersonal skills under fast-paced operational demands.
