The Reservation Agent will manage OTA bookings, coordinate guest check-ins, maintain property availability, and handle inquiries in Dubai. Explore further hospitality opportunities on our hotel jobs portal.

🔹 Key Responsibilities:

• Manage bookings, inquiries, modifications, and cancellations via Airbnb, Booking.com, and Expedia.
• Communicate with guests through calls, emails, and WhatsApp to provide arrival assistance.
• Monitor property availability, seasonal rates, and reservation pricing updates.
• Coordinate with ground operations teams to ensure seamless guest arrivals and departures.

🔹 Requirements:

• Proven experience in holiday homes reservations or short-term rental management.
• Hands-on experience managing OTA platforms (Airbnb, Booking.com, VRBO).
• Familiarity with property management systems; Hostaway knowledge is an advantage.
• Excellent communication skills with strong written and spoken English.
